Why I’m building DealJunky.

During college, I sold over $70M in apartment buildings across about 30 deals.

My largest sale was an $18M, 87-unit property. It came from building a relationship with the owner, good timing, and being useful. I shared valuations, nearby sales and introductions. When an owner was ready to sell, I wanted to be someone they already knew and trusted.

The constraint was me. I could give a few owners that attention, but not hundreds or thousands.

I’m building DealJunky to help brokers and investors stay in touch, remember what matters, and follow up with something useful. You bring the expertise and judgment. DealJunky helps keep the conversations going.
